Okay time to have a rant. I ordered something from Best Buy on Tuesday and paid an extra 18 bucks to have it here here by today. Today I get an email saying it is delayed and should ship by Dec 31st...really! So I call in to find out what is going on and they can't explain anything of course just apologize...blah blah blah..... So I say go ahead and cancel my order and I will get it somewhere else. Then he tells me the order is in the system and they can't cancel it. So after it ships and I receive it then I have to call in and ask to return it and they will tell me how to do that. Serisouly...how stupid is that. They don't bill my card till it ships so it should be pretty simple to cancel an order that you haven't even charged a card for yet! Ok I need a beer!
