I thought it was time to give my wife’s 16 escape a little love. She had a very nice 09 edge sport, but the miles were starting to rack up, and she gave me the green light to trade it in on my super duty. After driving my focus for a while, it just wasn’t cutting it for her with 2 kids, so we traded it for a base model escape. I did a lift, wheels and tires, and a regear on my truck. She was all for it and didn’t complain. She finally said something about riding around on hub caps, so I decided it was time to do something about it. I’m going to add the LED DTR lights, smoke the amber market lights, and maybe smoke the tail lights for her. I would like to have put a bigger wheel on, but wasn’t buying tires with these only having 18k on them and it rides so much better than big wheels.

 

I like those wheels. Where did they come from and what is the wheel company and style name. They look good on the Escape close to factory style.

 

They are the liquid metal instinct. Bought them at discount tire for $104 a piece. My total bill including install and tax was $550. I'm still waiting on a $100 rebate that was a Black Friday incentive.
