Jeff it would not hurt to ck out the Amish prices, they can sure put one up fast and supply all the materials.
Let them get the frame work and get it dried in, then you do the rest of the interior finish work as you can time and $ wise.
Unk Bob you are truly a motivator. Did you get to work/get pics that big house fire the other night? Located north of Ozark off North 23rd Avenue just off Greenbridge Road?

The house was for sale, and under contract. I just hope they were well insured.

Wow - Y'all have been chatty this morning.
I mentioned I brought the camper home last weekend, but I've been on a slow burn about being told that the problem was "within acceptable variance" and no repair was necessary. I've been chewing on what my next step needed to be when it dropped out of the sky -Camping World Corporate contacted me for a customer satisfaction survey. Needless to say, she got an earful and a complaint has been filed by Corporate demanding an explanation. If I haven't been contacted by the service manager by Tuesday PM, I'm to contact the service rep again and they will take over the claim. I don't stir the pot often, but when I do, I do it right.

wow busy place this month... looks like a real nice house was toasted up there.. do they know what happened.. not a wood stove accident i hope... i haven't looked lately but i dont think there are too many fire hydrants in my neighborhood either .. but the local VFD has a pumper they usually fill at the crossing by my house.. not that it matters much by the time the VFW could get here all we could do is toast marshmallow's anyway..
i spent the day cluttering up the shop some more... there sure was a lot of stuff sitting against the walls, filled the whole center section plum full.. now i need a dozer to just shove it all into a pile out back somewhere... then i would have to retire...

Evening All!
Wow! Four pages to read. 'bunch o' Chatty Kathys in here this month.
Speaking of '67 Impalas, I got Tiff's running and driving again. It was nice to take her for a ride around the block in it again. It ran awfully nice for not being looked at for four years.
I also replaced the toilet in our bathroom. I never liked the elongated bowls, and this one just started to leak a few days ago, so I seized the opportunity to replace it with a style I like. ...but again. Spent good money and got a crap product. It took me an hour to get it to stop leaking all over the floor, now it just leaks ever so slightly in to the bowl, so every once in a while, it runs for a second. It doesn't matter how much you pay for something anymore, unless I build it myself, it's friggin' garbage right out of the box!

Had one heck of a day. I left physical therapy and Patty had a little headache that escalated into a nauseating headache in minutes. Spent the afternoon at the ER with the doctor thinking she might have had a mini stroke. After a litany of tests it turns out she had her first migraine. Scared the bejeezus out of me. I was relieved to hear it was “just†a migraine.
