Tires and Rain-X, respectively
#16
I was really disappointed with Rain-X the first time I used it, it worked okay the first couple of rains but it lost its water shedding ability very fast. I tried it again years later, saturated a clean cloth and kept turning and wiping over and over until the cloth was dry, then re-applied it again the same way about a month later, and it lasted for a decade.

But give it a few days to dry before the rain hits, and it's a very different ballgame.
Then use the Rain-X windsheild washer fluid as your regular washer fluid, and you will be good to go.
I try to re-apply about once a year.

tires depend on the load you're hauling. if you are at or near max load on a regular basis you should be at recommended tire pressures. rears at 80psi, on the fronts 60 is recommended but I like them at 65psi and haven't had any issue with wear or driving in any weather conditions.
I don't know anything about Rain-Ex but I keep a bottle of Windex in the truck a couple rolls of paper towels and new wipers every 8 months or so. remember to clean the wiper blades when you clean the windshield. road oils and crap build up on them very easy and ruin their cleaning ability.
