Front driveshaft orientation
1989 F250 with M5OD. I removed the old driveshaft a few months ago, making sure to take photos for reassembly. However, I changed phones last month, and the photos didn't transfer over properly. I just ordered the replacement shaft, and it should be here in a day or two. Which end does the boot end go...axle or transfer case??
Thanks

I was pretty sure the slip (boot) was closer to the transfer case, but without photo proof, I wasn't positive.
Other than a power steering leak, this is the final piece to the puzzle on this truck, mechanically speaking. Now that I've moved from PA to OH, I have a garage, and am closer to my friends that are chomping at the bits to help me get the body done. I'm hoping to have all of that done by the end of Spring.
