No smoke but the highest tune I have used is the 100hp tune, I assume the 200hp tune rolls some coal at WOT

Has anyone had any issues with the throttle body valve closing after unplugging after an EGR delete?

Mine is still on, no issue with it thus far. On my brothers 6.0, we pulled the plate off as his didn't want to run unplugged but was also closing once warmed up. Couldn't figure out why so we pulled the plate and let it be.

I got everything installed this morning. Works great except for the SOTF switch. I'm pretty sure I installed it like the instructions told me, but I can't tell that it's working. In the EZ-Lynk app, there is nothing telling me which tune I'm running. I don't see a way to adjust anything.

The PPEI instructions mention the switch has a light, but the light isn't working if there is one. How can I tell if my switch is working?

There is a pid in the ez lynk app that will show switch position, just add it to the dash board
Since most of the time i dont have the app running i put white paint in the "dimple" on the face of the switch and indexed it to work with the supplied faceplate that has the numbers.

I can get a screen shot if you need help

I also had to go back after the i stall and resecure one of the oins, it pushed out when i plugged in the connector. The switch started working.

I have the plate and can see the ****, but I didn't know there was a pid for the switch position. I looked through them all, do you know what it's called? Youtube videos show the current level at the top of the app, but I don't have that. I'll check to see if a pin came out. Good idea.

So my pins weren't in the housing correctly. I put them in all the way and protruding so it's good now. But, I still don't see any indication on the app what tune I'm running. I see no pid that seems related.

That helps a lot! Yes I have that pid, it has stayed on 1 the entire time. There is a tiny button on the back of the SOTF switch that I pressed and got a single red flash out of a tiny LED. I'm not sure what that means.

How quickly can you turn the **** and see the pid change to a different number? How soon does the tune switch?
