Question Parking Brake Control Assembly Repair

It seems as though my E brake pedal assembly has torn/broken away from the upper support where it appears to bolt into the frame of the dash. The dash frame is cracked. The control assembly looks to be intact.. So it looks like some how reinforcing the broken dash support.... Any Ideas or comments???
