E4OD to ZF 5 Swap

E4OD to ZF 5 Swap
I have seen a lot of these posts to swap the trans in diesel forums but not so many in the gas forums. The swap into my 92 F150/351W, 4x4 seems like it will be possible but I have some questions.
The diesel forums mention a zf 5 from a diesel is needed, what are the options for me to use with my block can I use any zf 5 (5s-47) 4x4 that will mate to a small block Ford?
I am not sure of the parts I might need that go on the crankshaft underneath the flywheel. Right now the flexplate mounts directly to the back of the crank, there are no bushings or spacers but I think one might be needed for a manual setup. Any diagrams of the parts in this area?

You need a small block ZF5, as the bell housing differs between gas small block, gas big block, and diesel.
A ZF5 in a F150 may not be the best option. Read the linked thread.

I've got a ZF in my F150. I converted it years ago from an E4OD. Here is a pic that helped me get started - this is a pic of everything you will need. Make note that you CAN NOT use a 4x2 version of the trans in your application, it must be a 4x4 trans.
BTW I've had 'em both and I prefer the ZF. The granny gear is really handy when trying to get a load moving, especially up a hill.

It looks like I am missing a 4x4 shifter from my list, I wasn't clear on that.
I got the brake and clutch assy this weekend for $20. Looks like I need to do some repairs where the master cylinder attaches to the clutch mechanism.

What is the part in the picture? This is what I originally posted about, not sure if I am missing it or don't need it.
Back story: I bought a 351W motor (92-96) from a junk yard, only asking that things be in good enough condition to rebuild the block. I have no idea what type of vehicle this came from or what trans was mated to it. When I bought the motor I remember someone mentioning something about this part, but not really sure of those details. When I removed the part, I wrote a note "insert into back end of crankshaft for use with a manual tranny"

I took the parts picture originally provided by jas88 and added labels to the parts, missing one part name. Let me know of any corrections. There are a few items missing from the picture:
Rear drive shaft
Pivot ball
Clutch Fork
Clutch pedal position switch
Slave cylinder
Transfer case shift linkage
(optional)
Trans wiring harness - you don't need this if you know how to re-wire the existing harness to work
Steering column cover
PRNDL blank cover
Rear drive shaft
Pivot ball
Clutch Fork
Clutch pedal position switch
Slave cylinder
Transfer case shift linkage

The part missing a label on the right is the Separator Plate. It goes between the engine and transmission.

The E4OD ate all my money, and now I'm in an apartment which makes it a little harder to work on things. I'm sure the zf5 will be good for a while, the next thing to go is probably my rear end. It's probably sat idle 50% over the last 3 years, used to be my daily driver, want to get it back on the road.

Updated.
Parts needed for a small block ford E4OD to ZF 5 conversion.
If you have a 4x4 vehicle, you need a zf 5 from a 4x4 (that will have the proper output shaft for the transfer case).
See picture below, and note, there are a few items missing from the picture:
Rear drive shaft
Pivot ball
Clutch Fork
Clutch pedal position switch
Slave cylinder
Transfer case shift linkage
(optional)
Trans wiring harness - you don't need this if you know how to re-wire the existing harness to work
Steering column cover
