Hello all,

Just looking for some recommendations on a grille guard for my 2006 F-150. My truck does not have tow hooks and doesn't have the slots for them in the bumper valance. I've been considering replacing the valance with one that has the slots and adding OEM tow hooks. Is there any benefit to doing this as far as ease of installation for a grille guard? I've also noticed that almost all of the available grille guards require cutting slots in the valance. I'm not necessarily opposed to that, but I was also curios as to whether or not there's a way to avoid doing that.
