57 F100 project - big window

I am in the process of replacing rusted floors at this time. The previous repair attempt was pop riveting new panels over and around existing rust along with lots of bondo. I found a 60 cab with better floors and cab mounts that I am going to swap. The plan is to make a modern driver with independent suspension

I have a 4.6 DOHC that I plan to use if I am successful in saving the cab along with the Mark viii rear.

Progress has been slow, the donor floor turned out to be better at the rear half.

I have the floor and steps repaired and ready to install. Working on the cab so I have something to attach the floors to.

patched sections of floors, steps and cab mounts

vent delete, bottom end repaired. I have a replacement for area cut out

Nice work, my cab is rough too, just about to start repairing more of it. I'm building a 4.6 3V 5 spd with Thunderbird IRS, I will enjoy watching your build.

Looks good! When did you get the cab corners? Did he start reproducing them again because they've been out of them since the mold die broke.

Cab corners

I believe I bought them in 2016. I was at the Charlotte Auto Fair just down the road so I decided to go pick them up, glad I did it then. I also picked up a fender repair panel that I won't be using if someone needs one, right side.

Bed

The bed floor is shot but the sides are solid. My plan is to use a wood floor and replace the flat corner sections
