Injector rebuild Yellow Submarine.

Ok, got my parts from 406 injectors. fixin to pull my drivers bank of injectors. going to start with those first. I also ordered Dummy and tube seals. They should be here tomorrow. Built a fixture to hold them in for dissasembly. fixture.little diferent from my drawing. My macinist buddy said I over engineer! I tend to do that. lol. This one will work fine. Any boddy want any pics of how its made, let me know. And, any of you nay sayers, warning against me rebuilding my own injectors, dont waste your time. My hat is set, and pointed in that direction. I want to do it myself. Any suggestions of what else i might look into resealing while I'm in there, please advise. I will take as many pics as I can along the way. (of the injector rebuild). Any advice would be appreciated. (This side of leave it to the pros!) lol

Worked off the copper washer with a utility knife. By the way, most of this I learned from the internet.

27mm Deep socket. Be carefull and dont beat up your nozzle with the ratchet. Get a deeper socket.

Are you just trying to save a few dollars why your building your own or just need the challenge and curious to see if you can do it? That fixture tool tells me you done some homework.
