Ever ponder what the knockout was for in the LR & LL of the head light support panel ?.See pics . These NOS panels were part of the Little Dearborn auction .I don't need them . Will have them at Daytona in row 31 space 716 red field .

This is a quiz . Scouring the salvage yard in N. Wis a truck revealed the answer .

 

Grill guard support rods?

 

Artist's rendering in the accessories brochure, but the artist got it slightly wrong showing the support rods below the actual locations. And for goodness sake, six lug hubs on an F-8! Stu

 

For hydraulic hoses on plows, fire trucks, etc

Quick answers my fellow FTE'rs . Spied the factory option brush guard on this truck & the light bulb ignited . May snag it next yr. on the 2018 Parts Safari . It looks to be in very good shape & not all bent up . Found some 8 lug wheels but 16 " w/ inner nubs were not to be found . Owner said some one came in & bought all he could find . Have 2 other sources for them next yr. in N. Wis.
