Hey Rich. Yeah, just plugging away. I did talk to Terry a while back, wondering if he still wanted to be chapter dictator. He's been awful busy, so, put the chapter on auto-pilot, and now looking for a replacement for this joint.

Otherwise, just working on the 67, and running to my daughters basketball games.

I touch base with him every so often to give him some flack and to make sure he is still up right and breathing.

I'm friends with him on Facebook, so I knew he was still around. Just hadn't seen him in here forever, and decided to drop him a line. Life just gets in the way sometimes, I totally get that. So, figured maybe we'd see if someone else wanted to take over.

Good Afternoon

Hope everyone is feeling better now, I have noticed in cold weather my back feels a bit worse.

My 77 have been in the shop for 2 weeks now, its my only ride. Good thing I live in a small town, most everything is in walking distance.

He's got me over 1k so far, ouch.

Afternoon Everybody!

I'm finally getting some traction on the surprise I'm working on for Tiff. The bathroom sink had one of those "cultured marble" sink tops in it. (fancy way of saying glued together marble dust) So I made a tongue and groove vanity top and got a hammered copper sink for it. So far, it looks cool. I just gotta put another coat of stain on it, then let it sit until tomorrow so I can put it all together for when she comes home. ...I hope she likes it. It was actually the cheapest route to take that didn't look like a cheap fix. Even the same kind of new sink was more money than this option. ...and this looks better.

Yeah, that better be parts and labor, considering it only takes a couple / few hours to do. All new parts are about $500 for a ring and pinion with master install kit.

Howdy all. I'm home now and tethered to an intercooler for the worked on knee 40degree water pumped around it, air bag on the other leg to prevent clotting and really good pain meds. Alan, that sink sounds like a way cool project!

Oh

I should explain, It had a brake job when I bought it but not the wheel cylinders , they started to leak. Bearings were pitted, replace those. Ring gear good but adjustment off so readjust piñon depth. Install Trak-Lok that I already had. $1259. Still seems high and might get to pick it up on Friday?

Install poly bushings on rear springs, I already did the front but it was to unsafe for me to do the rear springs.

I just went to put the second coat of stain on the vanity and my back just gave out. ....that's it. I'm done doing anything for a while. Paging Dr. Daniels. ....Doctor Jack Daniels. You're needed in the living room by the recliner.

We'll be keeping our eyes open!

Evening all. I've been working on tweaking Nikki's senior pictures which has been rather tricky being color blind and all. There's reason I preferred working in black & white back in the day.
