I might be able to run 11 steps but I think that if I tried my orthopedic doc would be pissed at me....lol.

Bummer. Not sure I could stand that. I generally dislike doctors and hospitals - it's where the sick people go. Sort of like having kids in school (AKA germ factory). You go to the hospital and get exposed to all the crap you don't want to catch.

Shawn, it is not too bad. At least the people that are in this office are dealing with orthopedic issues so it is rare to run into someone that is dealing with a cold or the flu. I also get the last appointment in the day so I am 1) taking the least amount of time off from work and 2) there normally is only a few people in the waiting room when I get there.
