Question 96 E350 Frnt Stabilizer Bar Bushing Advice

I need to replace the front stabilizer bar insulators and bushings. The insulators are easy, but the bushings in the axle apparently need a special tool to press them in or out. Does anyone know of a way to get the old ones out and the new ones in without having to take it to the dealership where they probably have the special tool to do this?
Thanks

If they are the same as my 94 E150 you should be able to fabricate a press out of a bolt, nuts and, some large washers. All you need to do is press the bushings out and using the same technique press the new ones in.
