FMX bellhousing on np435?

Hi guys, I have a question about bellhousings:

- I have a np435 with an FE pattern bellhousing on it;
- I have an FMX with a 300/302/351w bellhousing on it;

Assuming I want to run the np435 behind a 300/4.9L engine, will the np435 bolt to the FMX bellhousing?

Even if it did, it is probably the wrong depth and has no provision for a clutch.

Billions of stick bells were made for the 300 and the SBF V8s. You can find one.

Not going to work. The FMX is a automatic. Even if you could make it work it wouldn't do any good with no clutch fork provision.

You need a SBF V8/300 truck bell housing for a manual transmission.
