Again I have to say thanks to all the help and encouragement I get on this site, and John in Akron (Bigwin56f100) that hooked me up with the fender parts , And my good friend who started me on the repairs that is still in and out of the hospital for the past year fighting a deadly blood and bone disease "Dave" keep fighting buddy, were pulling and praying for you. So for now my amateur skills will have to do and his advice is a lot of help.,

I have been away from this site to long and finally spending more time on the truck , I miss my buddy Dave RIP. But I am following what he said as much as I can, I have primed it with epoxy and stripped it off a couyple of times think I got it right today , hope to get a thin coat of plastic on it in the next few days on the driver side only but that would at least give me one side close and maybe will not have as much trouble on the other side. I also have been using a poly tent like system for sanding and spraying primer.

So after not doing much over the summer i have started again, I picked up the fenders at a great price and new air deflectors and a bumperless gravel pan , i cut the chassis back and bolted it all together to see how my lines were and i'm ok still lots to do but getting started again. The hood needs alot of work and the grill is missing most of the bottom of the passenger light bucket bottom (rust). Hood is just laying there, it helped to get motivated again.
