replace def heater and still throwing the same code
2011 F350 4 wheel drive 6.7.
Replace the def heater a month back and then a couple of weeks ago it throwing the same code. this is my 2nd heater I replaced.

I would check the Yellow and Grey wire going to the Reductant Pressure Line Heater and the Black and White wire going to ground to make sure they are not broken.
The Reductant Pressure Line Heater maybe bad. Use an ohm meter and see if it has resistance or open.
If that is not a problem, check the Blue and Orange Wire.

If the replacement part is a Dorman brand then all bets off. I'm not a fan of Dorman parts. They are very cheap Chinese parts. Did you try Autonation Ford in White Bear Lake? Their prices are awesome and they usually can have almost any part in a matter of days. Good luck and keep us posted on what you find

Looking at the code above that are stored and the wiring diagram I posted, I doubt the Dorman unit is the problem nor was the one he took out.

Is there a way to test the pressure line heater? does the wiring harass on top of the def tank include pressure line heater? If not where is it located at.
