UPDATE Decided to go with the intake manifold gasket change. Found some coolant sitting on the block, luckily didn't find any in the ports. I haven't gotten to start it in the cold again, crossing fingers that this is a sign my failed gasket could have caused the issue. Will find out tomorrow in the AM.
