ITS idlle normally 800rpm. And ITS driving good . But when i drive it Will not passe 3000rpm. It Goes Slowly up in speed but max rpm i can hit when im driving is 3400. But when i hold stil in P or N . I can rep the engine up to 5.500rpm. I Think og Should be different . I have no rep limit in N or P . But when im driving i cant get it to high rpm. Hope you understand . My English sucks so Much

Are there other symptoms when you try to drive past 3000 rpm, like stumbling, smoke out the exhaust?
Have you tried running the EEC self-test? That would be the first step for diagnosis. Look here:

Just guessing now, but it sounds like the engine is not getting enough fuel under load. This could be caused by a weak fuel pump or clogged fuel filter.
