Who needs a drop hitch?

Saw this today and I thought you all might get a kick out of it. Please excuse the video length/quality, I was driving myself. If you look closely, you'll see the front tire is not spinning at all because it is not touching the road. This guy was using one of those hitches with no drop that has different size ***** on different sides.

Edit: I can't figure out how to post the video from my phone. I'll upload it when I get home.

Oh my . . .

That looks similar to a SuperDuty driver that I chased down who was doing 80 with a rear trailer tire blown. When I finally got the guy to pull-over, he stated that he wondered why for the previous 1/2 hour the trailer was swimming and debated whether to drive another 10 miles or so to the next exit to put on the spare. When I pointed out that the trailer was already nose high (with a lot of weight apparently on the rear) and that the survivor tire on the front axle looked stressed, he reconsidered the idea of whether to wait to put on a spare.
