The best/easiest way to go is going to be find a dana 60 front axle, do an RSK (SKY Offroad makes a kit for the 4-wheel conversion, get a divorced transfer case, and have some custom driveshafts made. I am in the process of using all stock parts off of a donor chassis, it’s cheaper (as longas your not counting time) but quite a bit more involved.

ZachH, any chance that donor is a stick shift? I have some D60 parts you might be interested in. Either way, good luck!

No... it’s an auto, I like the standards better (that is what my truck is, doing the conversion for a friend). What parts have you got?

It can be done, but its probably cheaper to buy a 4x4 truck that's already put together. Unless the truck you have has some sort of sentimental value to you, you'll have more invested in the swap than the difference in the price of buying a 4x4 truck. To do it with stock parts you have to get: front axle, springs and mounts, transmission, transfer case, T-case linkage, all the interior goodies for the t-case shifter, wiring harness, both driveshafts, etc, etc, etc.
