The box will bolt in. I had to ream the holes where it mounted and order longer bolts. You also will need one line running to the hydroboost. Simple conversion. A little time consuming but worth it. Best mod I've done so far.

gotcha i thought it would work with out a hitch

i got a complete 07 f350 frame from the bumper horns to the front cab mount ....

soo now i have the brackets from the sway bar, all the track bar brackets and bolts the coil buckets and the radius arm mounts also with the steering box with a dropped pitman arm and 6" lifted coils all from a 07 truck

it looks like most of the holes are there but may not be as big as they need to be ?
i will find out soon enough..

hey quick question what hoses did u use for the conversion on your truck for the steering box high-pressure lines?

if i am not mistaken one hose goes threw the HYDRO-BOOST and then to the pump on the motor

and the other goes to the oil cooler and back too the power string pump? and then theres a breather or something that connects the hydro-boost to the reserver on the pump on the motor ?

UPDATE

been a while since I have made a post.

Here it is

i started the truck back up after sitting for over a year of sitting
surprisingly enough it actually started up really quick and sounded really good.

Mounted the visor

Did some more work on mounting the harness

mounted the computer idm and the Under hood fuse box

got all the front lights re wired so I could use double filament bulbs so I could have a running light and a turn signal in the 46 merc factory running light

mounted the headlights and wired them up to the Superduty harness so my stock Superduty column mounted turn signal still works for high beam and 4 ways as well as left and right signals.

Finally got a side step mounted for ease of working in the cab

theres more I’ve done I just forget it all right now as I spent the last week working on this unit.

I put a 52 ****** truck body on an 89 econoline chassis with a 460 and a C6. I thought that was a tight fit, this is going to be a fun one as long as you're not afraid to cut.
