Trouble after hpop install

I have lurked around here for a long time and found tons of good info. However I have finally hit a wall on my searches and need some help. I have a 94 F250 with the DIpowerstroke motor. I recently installed an adrenaline hpop. I had no problems real problems starting/running it after the install. I did manage over tighten the boss oring fittings and I had to replace the orings. I got everything back together and I was filling the hpop reservoir. I managed to drop a piece of the hose in the reservoir. I took it apart resealed it, waited over night and filled it all back up. It started a little slow but ran ok. I let it idle for about 5 min and the ran it for 10 min. I left to go out of town and it still started kinda rough. Stopped by Walmart, when I was done it started up fine. Stopped for fuel, filled up and now it will not start. My wait to start light only stays on for a second or two. It acts like its not getting fuel. I do have good fuel pressure at the regulator. I have deleted the fuel bowl and put in an electric system. I was able to get it to fire with starting fluid but as soon as it runs out it dies. I checked the #22 fuse, pulled the icp to make sure there was not an air bubble and checked the hpop reservoir for oil. The reservoir seemed a little low so I filled it but still no start. When it was leaking there was a lot of oil under the hood. The ICP did have some oil in the connection. Not sure if that will prevent it from starting but I am thinking that may be the culprit.

The ICP should be replaced with a motorcraft one. But, from what your saying it sounds like the IDM is stuck closed.
