72 f-100 mid plate and drive shaft
Looking to see if anyone has info. I have a 72 f-100, I’m putting a 302 infront of a c6 and my questions are do I need to use a mid plate or bellhousing speperter plate or whatever you wanna call it to space the bell hosing from the block? And also it had the stock 4 speed on the floor and I’m wondering what options I have as to a drive shaft. It’s a reg can long bed. Is there’s one out there that will fit it? Will the two peice drive shaft I have work?

Yes on the separator plate. Part number D2TZ7007A.
A local driveshaft company to you can shorten a driveshaft. They can also lengthen on by re-tubing it longer. Then balance it.
