If you have a 2010 you’d get more responses in the 6.4 forum.

Moved to 6.4L and Welcome to FTE.... Although not engine related, the guys around here are pretty helpful.

The seats should get pretty hot, sometime its takes 3-4 minutes to heat up. Seats in my truck with one setting, get hotter then the high setting in my Honda. So the temperature is significant, if not, something is wrong. Start with the fuses. My 2 cents, good luck.

I agree. My 09 have just one temp setting and when it gets going it is plain hot?? Maybe you have a crack or pinch in the electrical mat that is in the seat.

Have them check the wiring under the seat as well. I just had my driver side seat heater "fixed" under ESP and it was a simple wiring issue under the seat.
