I have been very happy with mine. I have the rail version, but virtually the same thing. Hook up is easy since if it is on the ball, then it is going with the truck. Unless of course the Earth loses gravity...

No chucking, tracks well and I can remove it from the truck in a few minutes with 1 hand.

I researched the Andersen and Pullrite’s Superlite. Ended up with Pullrite after reading many reviews. Hope your choice is the right one for you.

Very interested to see how the 6.2 handles that fifth wheel, 4.30 gears? I have the Grand Design 337 RLS and it is pretty hefty unit. Like to hear your opinion once you have tugged it down the road.

Yup, 4.30 gearing. While it isn't a diesel, I should be fine. I have over 3100 lbs of payload and the A/T tires. A 350 diesel would only be a couple hundred more payload pounds.....will report back. Trailer being built.

I'm towing a Reflection 337RLS with our diesel F350 and Andersen Ultimate Hitch. You're going to love the 337RLS.

You may want to consider using a rubber mat between the Andersen and the truck bed. https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/pr...t?cm_vc=-10005

I think for the money compared to others, they have nicer wood trim, etc. The Fusion DVD player is junk, never worked right, I just bought my own Sony DVD player so the boy could watch movies and just use the Fusion for the stereo. Also the slide with the fridge, stove, etc motor went out this spring after 4 camping trips but they fixed under warranty. That didn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling but it is a camper, I have learned they are not without a few issues. Everything else is just fine, I especially like the auto level. We looked at the Grand Design first and every other brand after that was just not as nice in my opinion. We did opt for 2 AC's which helps alot, other than my wife complaining its too loud. I told her this July that if she was so put out by the AC noise she could go sleep in one of the tents we saw earlier in the day....She said good point, it's not that loud.

Yes, I never joined but thats where I researched the Furrion issues, I thought it was Fusion, my mistake. Its just inconsistent playing dvd's and sometimes would just lock up. That was the only issue so I just went to Walmart and got a dvd player for $30 and routed the wires through the existing holes and problem solved.

I'd be very interested in your comparison between the two hitches. Post or PM would be super. Thank you!

What are the pros/cons of using a mat under the AUH?

Great RV choice. Grand Design is great and the Reflections are nice models. I drag a Momentum 350M around and love it!
