The chrome, or stainless steel, tailpipe extension is available from FoMoCo and/or there are several aftermarket alternatives.

NOTE: The inlet diameter of the tailpipe extension will be dependent upon which engine you have.

BTW ... You've posted this in the 2009 - 2014 F150 forum, not 2015+ F150.

Moved to the 2015+ forum for a better look. Also added some description to the title as l"F150" is a rather broad subject matter...

As said, you can get one from Ford or aftermarket. I got one for my old `14 5.0 F150 from Pep Boys for like $20 & it fit/looked great.

The OEM extension on my 2015 F150 XLT(bought used in July) looked a little dirty/rough so I pulled it off to clean and polish it. Imagine my surprise when I discovered it is/(was) chrome-plated stainless, and the chrome was pitting/flaking. I used my 5HP buffer and 240 grit compound to remove the rest of the chrome, then polished the dern thing with chrome(white) rouge and it now looks great!
