i prefer a higher sitting, not so wide tire. Can I ruin this on stock? Also considering adding bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks. I do not want to add a lift and prefer no level as I line some rake from back to front. Thoughts on if I can run these tires on my stock 2017 xlt supercrew 4x4 sport ?

I’m running a 275/70R 18 (33.2"t x 10.8"w) on my rig with the stock Ford rims. I installed them before I had the my 5100’s installed and they fit but tore off my WeatherTech mud guards. When I installed the shocks I went with the 1.5” lift setting on the front which only added about 0.75” of actual lift once the truck was back on the ground. I wanted a bit of rake too, so I’ve got about 1.5” of difference between the front and back.

I’ll let you figure out how my tire size compares to your 20” option. But I wouldn’t go any larger without lifting the front. It was very tight with my larger tire (about 1” more that stock).

Welcome to FTE!

Stockers are just under 32" diameter, with 11.1 and 9.6 section/tread widths.

275/65x20 shows a 34" diameter, with 10.9 and 9.2 section/tread. Onug is catching things with a 33 inch tire, so I think the answer for your proposed size is "no".

285/60/20 (33") will fit without a lift. 33x12.50/20 may fit without a lift, on factory wheels. You would have to get one mounted on a front wheel and check for rubbing. If it doesn't rub at full lock backing up you should be good.
