? about camber adjusting bushings

I need an alignment for my truck and I am going to put in the adjustable camber bushings so the alignment will be as good as it can. I have ordered ACDelco 45K6525 Professional Front Caster/Camber Bushings.

I have never installed these and was wondering which resource is the best for instructions. I have looked at several videos and they looked pretty difficult to remove and replace. A written install or video showing how to properly do this would be very much appreciated or any tips. I don't want to do ball joints or anything else except the bushings. Thank You. Sandy

They will come with a sheet of paper that will tell you what degree the bushing is supposed to be adjusting the camber to, depending on what letter the bushing is turned too. I took more of a trial and error approach, adjusted the bushing put the tires back on, lowered it down and just eyeballed it and did it probably 8 times before I was content. Putting the new ones in was pretty easy, removing the old ones sucked. They do not come off very easily, and if you are anywhere with salt on your roads, it makes it even harder. Id suggest spraying them with pb blaster for a few days before you do it.

Thanks Travis. I started the PB blaster process. As I understand, the installation of the part involves the removal of the retainer bolt, spreading the opening and then getting the old bushing out as best you can. Is that all? Should the new adjustable bushing be greased for installation? I have no adjustments to work with so I plan to just install as stock and take it to the alignment. Anything I am missing? Sandy
