I have a 1999.5 F-250 Superduty and I have decided to put bigger tires on. Is it possible to re-calibrate the speedometer/odometer so they read correctly with a scanner or is my only option to take it to the dealer? A friend of mine has a Snap-On Solus but he didn't know if it could do that or not. Anyone familiar with the Solus know if it has that capability?

 

Not sure on the Solus, but I'd be interested as well because my local dealer quoted me $180 to re-calibrate my 2000. Heard of some only charging $50. For the time being, I've just been watching my torque pro gps speed on my tablet
