replacing 5.9l engine with 8.3 in a 95 ford f800

So the 5.9L motor in my 95 ford f800 is "sort of seized up" which is a direct quote from the mechanic, I am wondering about rather than rebuilding or replacing it, how hard would it be to put an 8.3 in its place
