Omaha had water main breaks last week when we were down there. Whoops.

 

Baltimore is notorious for its water main breaks. Every winter numerous water main breaks. But Baltimore has had the problem of most of its water and sewer system is well over 100 years old and is failing. They have finally realized in the last decade that they need to fix practically the entire system and upgrade it. Worst water main break we have had was a few years ago when a 76" main failed and washed out a road, hill, and damaged a second road and flooded 4 blocks of streets and several basments.

 

Kind of have to keep up on the plumbing and electricity.

 

That must have been fun

 

That would be a cold, miserable and wet job.
