Not happy with the issues I've had with my 2013 F250 PLATINUM 6.7 LITER. PLEASE HELP!

Where to start...

Purchased a 2013 6.7 platinum edition few years ago brand new. 4 years old and here is the issues I have had already

passenger side mirror motor replaced under warranty

1 reverse sensor under warranty (2 years ago)

1 reverse sensor NOT under warranty (last year)

2 months ago a buddy of mine noticed part of my exhaust was missing. Sure **** the resonator is missing and when I took it to the dealer they said it RUSTED off. This truck is only 4 years old and just under 48,000 miles.

Last but not least my remote start hasn't been working and when I lock my doors it beeps twice. After some research I found it it the hood switch just in front of the battery. They wires are shredded and burned it appears.

I am not one to bit*ch but this was a $64,000 truck and its only been 4 years. I shouldn't be having this many issues ESPECIALLY a resonator rusting off.

Anybody else having these issues??? Dealership service manager basically telling me i have to have it diagnosed ($110) then see if Ford wants to fork out anything for it. Since I didn't buy from them he said they won't do anything for me.

I'm not asking them to rebuild the motor. These are not items like a bad transmission that's been beat to heck.

Called ford motor company and they give me the run around about getting it diagnosed. There isn't anything to diagnose you can tell by looking at these items they are broke and I'm not getting stuck with an extra $110 bill that neither Ford or the dealership covers when I know what parts are needed.

Can anybody help? Tried finding the CEO's personal email online but cannot find it.

I also own 2 other Ford's one being a 2017 ford explorer sport $50k plus a 2011 e250 cargo van that has 76k miles that I just had to rebuild the transmission in! Something has to give!

There's a lady that floats around here somewhere, or at least used to, that works for Ford customer service. If you can find her, I'd send her pictures of the problem and very politely inform her that you do not feel the need to pay $110 for a diagnosis when the issue is obvious in the photographs.

I'm not saying she'll resolve anything, but she can elevate it above dealer level if needed.

Question, is there any other rust on your truck? Why would only the resonator rust and fall off? And what burned or shredded the wires to the hood switch? They didn't do it by themselves. Can you tell what rubbed on them or what the heat source was?

Any aftermarket alarms or anything? Do you often back a boat in the water?

That's what I said about the resonator. That's what the mechanic at the dealer told me his opinion was after looking at it.

nothing close to the wires other than the battery. No on the boat issue.

That's what I'm hoping to do is get the right person attention and explain these things and send pics. These trucks are a huge purchase. They should stand behind their product.
