That is true but I don't know why. I guess pet lovers have to get a campsite or a cabin or a yurt.
In all seriousness, I hope the closing of the old hotel doesn't diminish the attendance of the SE Truckstock.

If you recall, after TS14 I originally looked at Pickett State Park near Jamestown, TN and Big South Fork national park. I decided to do Fall Creek Falls instead, mostly because there is no restaurant at Pickett. Perhaps folks may be interested in that park for 2019. They have no Inn, but 20 cabins with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, some are very rustic, but the rates are much lower than FCF.

Trade cabins?
Has anyone else been asked if they are willing to trade their Landside Cabin for a villa on the lake?
FCF State Park has asked if I would trade for a much bigger cabin for the same price. Apparently there is another group in the Landside Cabins, that made reservations first, and the park failed to reserve enough space.
Anyone want to share a 3-BR 2-bath next to the lake? I don’t need that much space. It would likely be me and maybe one other person.
