Not bad. Any 4x for around a grand is a good deal.
Lemme guess? Rusty as hell?
I'd have to assume an IDI that cheap will have some maintenance requirements. Probably has a tired IP and injectors. Go to R&D IDI Performance to order some.
Also, I bet the turbo might need a rebuild. Not too bad if you are handy.
The rest is just typical maintenance stuff. Might be good to change out the diesel (and other filters) to get a good baseline. Also, check to see if the PO used the proper SCA coolant. If not, then you might as well do a coolant flush and refill with good coolant.
Nice find. Got any pics?

No pics yet I bought it just for parts it's been wrecked no rust though the cab is tore up pretty bad it has a new radiator new starter new glow plugs 4 new injectors starts and runs great I'll try to get some pics up tonight when I get off work as soon as can get some money up I'm going to upgrade the turbo an r&d 90 cc pump stage 1 injectors head studs and a cam that should wake it up

Trans and front axle aren't worth anything but you can easily make your money back and then some on the rest. Maybe a bit high for a high mile running engine with turbo but not unreasonable. If you bought it for the engine, depending on what is trashed from the wreck you can probably make your money back on the rest of it. Save the frame mounts and crossmember, you may have them for a while but people surely want them for doing a diesel conversion.

You'll probably need parts from the '94 steering column for the '92 for the cruise; buttons and the wiring.
The good news is that the cruise in the '94 should be just an electronic module(not the old vacuum-driven setup). It's not hard to wire up even if you have to rig up new wiring for it.
If you get to that point and can't figure it out, I can probably help - I actually put a '97 gasser cruise module in my '88... and your '94 should be basically the same as the '97 module, assuming it's the same as my '93.
