Sudden death of an 05+ 6.0 is commonly the STC fitting. Any oil coming out of it, off the back of the motor/ front of the trans?
You need a scanner to read the injector control pressure (ICP) and injector pressure regualtor (IPR ) duty cycle:

I'd agree with the theory that eventually no LPO = no HPO, but in practical terms for trouble shooting a no-start the LPO switch gauge doesn't impact starting directly, and is a poor indicator of both LPO and HPO. Since it's a one-wire sending unit wired direct to the dash gauge and no where else the truck will run with the gauge reading zero if there's a switch or dash problem, and since it doesn't relay any HPO information the truck can not start with it reading full.
No cranking RPMs on the dash does point to a sensor issue that will cause a no-start though. That's about the limit of what the dash tells you that's useful.

Hopefully this will get towed to the 6.0 forum, but you need live data. Get an elm327 dongle and forscan or torque pro for your phone. Set you back less than $50 and will save you thousands.
Don't crank on it if your batteries are low (you will fry your ficm).
You can also try unplugging your icp sensor on the valve cover and seeing if it starts. But you likely need stc fitting, stand pipes, and dummy plugs as a start.
Oh, don't use ether to start these engines... Could cause damage

I got mine from amazon. search for elm327 or forscan for one to use with a laptop.
This is one of the nicer ones that almost always works... but it's one of the higher priced ones:
But most of the larger ones work fine too... just dont get a mini... they tend to have more issues

So this help me read my oil and gas pressures ?

Well... There is no fuel pressure sensor but if your fuel Bowl is filling and you have the blue spring update, you likely have no fuel issues.
It will allow you to see the high pressure oil system values and several other key values that will usually tell you what's wrong.

EDT: also, post your location or update your profile... There may be a local that can help.
