To me it's simply another gadget. I'm sure it will make it a little warmer in the cab if I start it a few minutes before I leave, but letting 488 CI sit and idle for very long could get pricey.

I tried to go in but halfway there I had to stop for breathing meds. Went on in to tie up a few loose ends and notified my boss and staff that I was leaving to seek medical attention. Now I'm waiting for their office to open.

Whaddupp fellers!
Just got out of my last doctors appointment for this week.
Still fighting with Duke's medical records, so the insurance company I get my disability, and the new doctor I have back here can keep my back meds coming.

Looks like everybody's staying busy.

My Caddy has factory remote start, but I doubt I'll use it. The car will warm up faster driving it than it sitting & idling.

Now the heated seats, that's another thing. I slept wrong/too long a few weeks ago and my back was not happy.

The lumbar support & heated seats made it a much more comfortable drive to work that morning.

Same here Dan. The exception is when there is ice on the windshield. A little warmth to loosen it up will make things easier.

Hey guys, just making my once every few months check in! About the only projects of mine that have been advancing lately are cutting wood and working on my flat bed trailer. I did pass Alan a few weeks ago on I44 between Cuba and St James when he was hauling Earthquake so I guess those shows are going good for you!

I had remote start on my 99 Chevy truck. It was helpful in the winter to give the defrost a head start. My favorite thing about it was how loud the truck was on cold start and scaring the bejeezus out of people standing around it when it started with no one in it.
