In terms of fixes, hopefully it is the FICM as that's cheaper than injectors. I know my 7.3's injectors start at $1000 and go from there as you upgrade performance. Ug.

 

Yeah, they are stupid expensive. FICM is around 180 or so.

hi everyone. busy morning. my truck was low on transmission fluid so i check underneath and the pan was wet, meaning it's leaking. i tightened all the bolts up (they needed it) so I'm hoping that will do it.

But I won't see the truck for a while because I dropped it off at a guy's house who is going to do some body work on it. Mainly put some new metal in there so it has something to connect the new cab mounts to, but also fix some other rusting areas. He does it on the side, so it might be a while. but that's ok. time to get the old girl fixed up.

i got knocked out of my suicide pool because somehow the giants beat the broncos. i knew i was in trouble when i saw two "genius" talking heads saying there is no way the giants could beat the broncos.

I tried to help Pat out by reminding him that Texas lost to Oklahoma, but once I saw the score of the Nebraska game, well, I can understand why he'd be grumpy regardless. Ouch.

 

Look at what the same talking heads did when the Bills played the Falcons and Broncos. Every single one on ESPN took the other team and the Bill beat both of them. Then some of the talking heads picked Buffalo over Cincy and they lost.

How old are the batteries? I've read it is very important on those that the fcim get 14v all the time. If not it slowly destroys it.
