It's usually an agreement that the buyer continue to pay the loan for the original owner. People who can't qualify for loans are more likely to agree to this kind of thing. And yes, not a good idea unless you're willing to accept the risk of getting screwed later down the road.

camminich is starting off with a positive reputation.
30+ years ago it was common to see that a loan was "assignable" and could be transferred to someone else. In modern times only buy-here pay-here type lots usually would even consider this, and then only with a transfer fee.

Too much fishiness on this one to begin, but it's still fun just to speculate. Truck looks clean, almost too clean for a relative base model XLT. And the tires alone should make you wonder, as noted why not fix the sensor, and also why new rubber?

Could be this isn't the orig owner, and Ford won't warranty. Could also be a salvaged title. That might explain tires, clean paint, and no visible accessories if it's a wreck/flood repair. Even still 14k would be cheap for that.
