Stay Away From Greene Ford Georgia
Called them today to price quote me a 2019 super duty. Guy claimed that they can't order them yet, I have indeed confirmed you can from other dealers. He asked me to come in and sit down, its time consuming to put a quote together. I explained I am several states away and not going to come over for a price quote, which should take less than 10 minutes. He then said they are still ordering 2018's, I said no that is incorrect, to which he said they ordered a raptor yesterday. I said we are talking about super duty's not raptors. He said well my manager said we are not ordering them.
Incompetent dealer and sales staff. Beware.
Rant over.

Order banks for 2019 Super Duty's are not open. So the dealer is telling the truth, they cannot order a 2019 yet.
However, the order guides are in fact posted as of March 1st. So a dealer could spec out a truck and take your order and a deposit if they wish, they just can't place your order yet through the Ford system.

Curtis, initially dealers were trying to place 2019 orders with WBDO without success and therefore thinking the banks were closed. However, CONCEPTS was able to accept 2019 orders. The order bank open date I've seen has been 3/6 and, taking folks at their word, orders have already been placed. Also, some have reported that WBDO is accepting 2019 orders as of now...

They must learn this in sales crash course 101. Dealers who “had” to see me to put in an order. I get the “it takes time” deal, and I did go to a few for face time, but don’t waste my time either when I show up. There’s one dealer I want to report to Ford corporate. I got so pissed I emailed the GM...crickets.

Hate to hear that. That is the dealer I ordered/purchased my truck from. Easiest vehicle purchase I've ever had. Asked them if they would honor the discounts they currently had going on the lot for an ordered truck, to which they did. Took 25 mins to get it ordered. Showed back up in 6-1/2 weeks and was out the door in 30 mins.

If you guys want an education in dealer training, watch Steve Richard's Youtube channel. Dealers all over the country hire him to train their sales people and managers. At first, he irritated the bejesus out of me. Now I find him very educational... in a different way than dealerships would find him educational...
