1985 6.9 ATS Turbo oil leak pics
I started my Truck this morning and after a minute or so the oil pressure dropped jumped out and saw a small puddle on the ground tracked it up the side of the bell housing (Thinking it could be where the line for the gauge connects) and then saw this...did something inside the turbo let go? Oil is down low on exhaust side of turbo

I talked to the guy who rebuilt this turbo for me 5 yrs ago. (Arizona Tractor and Turbo) He told me that there is nothing inside of the Turbo like a seal that could fail and the only way that a Turbo would discharge oil on the out side would be from a clogged air breather or a obstruction on the oil line running back down to crankcase or a clogged up muffler. So I went back to my first thought the oil line to my pressure gauge and sure enough it was split about 6 "s from where it connects to the T for Turbo supply line. I bought a new brass feral 31 cents and my truck is back up and running tonight with no oil leaks.
