2003 Expedition Vacuum line trouble

2003 Expedition 4.6 liter 4x4. 225k miles. I'm pretty sure my 4wd works ok (I know 4 lo does) my ac blows cold but the ac vents don't switch to feet. Is this a vacuum line problem? I've checked what seems like every vacuum line in the engine bay and all I found is a broken curved hard plastic line, and 2 spots where it looks like a line should be feed. Does anyone have any info to help me out? It's greatly appreciated. Curved hard plastic line that's on top of the paper
Not sure if a line is supposed to plug into that (heater valve?) cylindrical thing in the center
Is a vacuum line supposed to go into that third boot? This is right above passenger tire front

Well, the one up high is supposed to plug into your hot water valve. I see it's not.
Plug that in and you should get vent control back. The dash vacuum supply line should connect to it's source up in front of the throttle body.
It looks like someone has replaced your PCV vacuum elbow tube and PCV valve ? They might've popped something loose while doing that.
You'll probably have to go find a 4x4 Expy of that year and look to see where that other line connects. Mine's a 4x2 and I don't have that line.

Ok I've switched the top lines but now I have a spot in the back of the heater valve that's missing a line

And the curved plastic line that's laying down looks like it's connected to that 3 lined boot on the third picture I had on the original post. I'm very confused! The line coming off the firewall is connected to the intake it looks like.

That just a hinge pin, it's not a tube to be vacuumed.
