Radius Arm Rubbing with Nitro 37's

As I mentioned in my "new here" post, I purchased a used 2022 F250 with 37s and it looks like the previous owner didn't lift the truck. At full lock the tires rub the radius arms. Are there any long term concerns I should have with the suspension components being damaged? Is there anything I can do to reduce or prevent the rubbing without an actual lift? Spacers etc and if so are there any recommendations? Thanks in advance for any help.

BDS and Carli and probably others offer replacement radius arms that are designed differently to allow larger diameter tires to clear and not rub.

Lift isn't your problem or solution. Are they stock wheels and what is the width of the tire? The rubbing on the radius arm is more of a nuisance than a problem. Different wheel offset, aftermarket radius arms, wheel spacers, are all possible solutions.

there’s still a potential to rub. The radius arms do have a little more clearance than stock but with +40mm offset with the stock 8” wheels they stick in pretty far with, say a 12.5” wide tire

I have rub marks on my bds radius arms to prove it.

what I would do is just get aftermarket wheels now. Take your time and find a set you like (took me forever but I finally found a set I liked) and I couldn’t be happier

im not a fan of -77mm 14” wide wheels with rubber band tires but if you go with a 10” wide wheel I think it’s a real nice look on a SD and it would eliminate your rub. Just don’t go too wild with offset
