New to me escape

My mom recently bought a 2017 model and instead of trading in her 2005 model she gave it to me in exchange for fixing what was wrong with it. A new ecm, 2 coils, plugs and replacing the back window hinges and it's good as new. It's a 2005 with a v6 and 163k miles.

This one is still a really nice vehicle too. It's just been used for her to drive to work and back, so it still looks brand new inside. She was going to trade it in on her new one but they only offered her $1500 for it. It's a pain getting toddlers in the back of my bronco and their car seats don't give me enough room to change gears in my truck, so i will probably use it when I'm driving my kids anywhere.

We had a 2004 and it finally bit the dust at 298k. It may have still had some life left but I had given it to my niece and after only a few thousand miles it was leaking fluids. She is pretty handy but she was worried it would start costing more to repair than to get something else.
It always had the oil changed under 4000 miles, trans fluid changed and coolant swapped. I kind of miss her!
