Interior back panel (insulator) without seatbelt

Hi F150 drivers! I have a 2007 F150 XL single cab. Slightly extended, no back seat. Stock back interior wall panel (insulator) has a seat belt integrated into the panel.
It's obtrusive, and I'd like to replace that back panel with one w/out the seat belt. I assume it would be off a different model.
It would make a much nicer compartment behind the seats.
I've already taken that seat belt out, but still dealing with the molded plastic wall with large (now empty) section.
Not sure if anyone has done this type of swap.
Any ideas/advice?

Thanks in advance!
