Code P219B Bank 2 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance

I had the check engine light come on and the scanner gave me this code. Anyone have experience with this one? I search the forum but got no results.
Thank you!

I googled this and there are lots of threads started by people with Mustangs who put headers on. Others cleaned MAF sensors and it went away but came back. I'd like to know what it is.

Do you have a K&N filter or some other type of aftermarket oiled filter? These have a tendency to foul the MAF.

Can you give us some info on your truck? I'm curious to the mileage and hours, along with if plugs have been changed. We see a lot of clogged cats.

Sure. It's all stock. Stock air cleaner and exhaust.
2016 F250 XL Super Cab 4x4
84,000 miles. No plug change yet.

I did reset the code. I'm not going to be driving it any until the love bugs are done here in TX. I'll ruin the paint on the company truck instead.

No major problems. Just the normal minor things. Buying the second year warranty is a must, cost us $100. Cosmetic things really, face of the refrigerator fell off, going on our third fireplace, rear stabilizer jack stopped working. Love the thing. Could definitely live in it and may someday. .

This code is an O2 sensor. I think I'll try a bottle of Cataclean first. It might be futile but then again it could turnout to be a good review!

Semi update although no solution. I have an ESP so while I was in Texas I dropped the truck off for the CEL and front axle seals. I drove the company truck back east and ended up flying back to College Station when my truck was ready. Five miles down the road the CEL came back on. They had replaced the/an O2 sensor. I don’t know if there is more than one. I was ready to go home to GA so I didn’t bother to go back. Plus it was closing time when I picked it up.
From TX to GA to new job site in NC. I finally had time to drop the truck off at a Ford dealership in NC. They replaced the/an O2 sensor too. I picked it up yesterday. About 200 miles into my trip back to GA today the CEL came back on. I stopped for gas and burried the pedal in the floor getting back on I95s. That’s when it came on. Any ideas? I guess I need to make sure the fuel cap is tight first. Talk about aggrivating. I won’t be able to pass the yearly emissions test with a CEL on.

seems like cat is clogged...flooring it will prevent enough exhaust from exiting tailpipe...hence why the cel came on then
