I got mine after trying for weeks, found out my ad blocker and pop up blocker was the cause. Turned them off and BINGO!

Don't use ad blocker software and I have verified my pop up blockers are off. I get the pop up for the survey. Nothing else.

I find it interesting that you guys are able to order 2017's still while in Canada the dealers stopped ordering them around the 15th and already have 2018's on order.

I'm in Canada. I was told I could order until the end of August. And I did.
There are no 2018's ordered yet anywhere. The order bank doesn't even open until next week. Production will start the 3rd week of November.

I attempted to order a 2017 3rd week of August and no go. Tried 3 different dealers in Ontario and none of them could order a 2017 Platinum for me.

Dealer I purchased a 2017 from showed me the 2018's he had on order, could of been just a internal list before the order bank opened up.

They probably had no more orders allotted to them as they filled all their orders not wanting to have no trucks to sell. And with the 12-18000 incentives off MSRP they can sell them.
Out west, any of the dealers I called had room left for a factory order. Could be due to the downturn in the oil patch and they didn't fill all their allotted orders.
But you could still see 2017's arriving if the dealers have orders in the system. But a factory order by yourself will not happen now.

That most likely is the case. All the dealers I spoke to out here were surprised how many Platinums they could have sold vs. Lariats. Plenty of Lariats on the lot, but Platinums is what people wanted and they could not order more.

Same here.
The Platinum have a $13,000 employee price incentive. Add the $3500 diesel rebate + $1000 Costco and whatever else you can negotiate and the price is less than a Lariat.
The dealer I ordered through had 4 or 5 trucks left in his allocation.
And the discounts on the King Ranch were about the same as a Platinum.

Absolutely. I must have missed out of the $3500 diesel rebate? Did this recently become available?

I was able to negotiate with all incentives just shy of $20k.
