So the dog dish hubcaps I found are 62-64 Ford Galaxie measured 9 1/2" (C4OZ-1130-A) and the rims are Wheel Vintiques 62-series O.E. Chevy/Ford 15x8, Bolt Diagram: 5x5.5, Backspacing: 4". So will these hubcaps fit onto these rims?

I'm looking at a 1966 Ford F100 and the rims I'm looking to get are Wheel Vintiques 62-Series O.E. Chevy/Ford and it will be 15x8, 5x5.5, 4.00. And I found a set of 5 dog dish hubcaps that are 9 1/2" (C4OZ-1130-A) on eBay and want to know asap if these will hubcaps will fit to the rims. But I did find a website that has the same caps of a 1960-70 Ford Falcon 9 1/2" or 10 1/2".

Number dummy gave you the answer in post 15 on page 2.
He is correct. You need the 10 1/2" caps. I just measured mine.

Okay 10 1/2". I found a website called ehubcap.com and they have the same hubcaps 10 1/2 but from 1960-1970 Falcon (1965/1966). Will this work?

Go back to page 2 and read number dummies post. He gave you the answer 2 days ago. He even gave the part number to confirm it is correct.
You need to slow down a bit and take a breath. Call the people and confirm with them before you buy.

I am trying to take slow. So I did call Wheel Vintiques about the 62-Series O.E. rims and the size of dog dish caps has to be 10 1/8".

I measured mine. They are 10 1/4" inside to inside. They are 10 1/2" outside to outside. They fit very snug on the rim.

These are my Mercury Man caps. They fit the rims the same as the ford caps.

cheap used steel wheels for '66 F100 SWB FS

Looking for some inexpensive steel wheels to use at least short term for storage, if not long term use (painted with a simple hubpcap) after restoring.
I have a 1966 F100 SWB Flare Side. Currently not running.

It came with 15" aftermarket aluminum wheels and old dry-rotted tires that literally would not hold air for more than 15 mins..
I got a set of used tires and had them installed, only to discover the aluminum wheels are so corroded that two of them will not hold air for more than about a week.

I saw the great info at the top of the post re interchangeability: 5 lug wheels on a 5.50" bolt circle: 1940/48 Ford/Merc Passenger Cars; 1948/52 F1; 1953/79 F100; 1966/96 Bronco; 1969/74 E200; 1975/96 F150; 1975/2015 E100/150; Some 1980/83 F100.
But I am not sure where to find those kinds of wheels, short of a swap meet.

From the above list, I am thinking the 1975 to 2015 E100/E150 is the most likely thing I could find.

I keep thinking there has to be something easy to find that fits. Like some wheel or full size spare off a common vehicle.
Has anyone cracked the code and found something that would work?

Like maybe a crown vic or early explorer SUV spare?

Dude, start a new post of your own. You revived an old post by some dumb kid that made us all a little dumber reading it. I for one am exhausted from the read and cant remember what wheels will fit yur truck. But I do have a set of 10 spoke steel wheels with 31x10.5 tires that will fit your truck, hold air, and look good for a while. They include center caps. I'll sell them cheap. Pick up only in San Diego.

Thanks. I appreciate the offer, but I am nearly on the other side of the country from you, so that pick up would be a bit hard!
