As well as the Schaeffer analysis above after 7100 miles. I've been running Schaeffer since new with no complaints so far.

Schaeffer's 7000 is approved, the 9000 is still CJ-4, just bought a 6 gal case of the 9000

I ran some Valvoline 15-40 in my old 6.4 after 500 miles the truck started running kinda sluggish and fuel mileage went down a bit, dumped that **** at 2000 miles changed to Schaeffer's; now I run nothing but Schaeffer's in my 6.7

3 weeks ago I dropped off both the used oil from my 6.7 (with the AMSOIL sample) and my virgin oil for analysis to Blackstone. Both were is the same containers. Both mailed on the same day. Both sent priority mail with the same postage on them and both going to the same address. Somehow the post office has lost my used oil sample. Not happy with them.

I'm heading there today to see if there is any way I can go through a lost and found room to try to locate it...or something to that effect! Sorry for the delay on my used oil sample. Hope to get it back. Thanks.

Just got my AMSOIL signature series analysis back.

Engine is looking very good. It does take a while to flush out these motors.

Interesting that the Motorcraft oil is measuring below the new W1 oil requirement for phosphorus. It’s supposed to be over 1,000. Phosphorus is a anti wear additive.

So Phosporus dropped from 1233 to 1156 in 3500 miles? Wonder if it's a straight line drop or a curve that gets steeper as the miles add up? Did you change the oil at this interval, or are we going to see another test at 6, or 7k miles on the oil?

This will be interesting to watch.

I did change my oil at this analysis. I already have 2,000 miles on this oil change and Iím doing my next after a total of 5,000. So it wonít be that much longer.

Here is mine with Motorcraft 5w40 synthetic at a 6100 mile interval. Not happy about the aluminum and hoping it starts to come down as some others have. Note the phosphorus.

I have not seen phosphorus under 1050 except for the factory fill 10w30.

Second oil change on the truck taken at 10,000 miles. Valvoline Premium Blue Extreme 5w40 CJ-4. Got fuel dilution on this one, maybe from the short trips and several uncompleted regens.
